For service now or to talk to someone, call our office at (910) 424-7272 or (910) 424-7676. After hours allow 45 minutes for a technician to call back.

Schedule Service Online:
Click on the tab and fill in the information. You will be contacted on the next work day Monday through Friday. Any forms filled out on the weekend will be checked on Monday morning.

24 Hour Emergency Service:
We provide after hours emergency service when a customer has a loss of heating or cooling in the evening or weekends, not during normal work hours. We also provide emergency service when the customer has a medical problem (heart, asthma, lung problems etc.) that requires a controlled environment.

Diagnostic Pricing:
Diagnostic pricing is the price we charge to drive to a customers home or place of business and determine the problem with their HVAC system. Please call for current pricing. 

Flat Rate-Up Front Pricing:
Flat Rate-Up Front Pricing is a customer friendly type of pricing. With flat rate pricing we charge a diagnostic fee to drive to the customers home or place of business and determine the problem with their system. After diagnosing the problem, the technician will look up the repair code and price in their flat rate book and then present the customer with the repair cost for their approval before the technician continues the repair. This format allows the customer more control over the price of the repair versus the traditional hourly rate repairs that can and often do cost more than the quoted price.
