Allen D. Smith is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina where he graduated from Terry Sanford High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina. He joined his father's practice in 1987 upon graduation from the University of North Carolina Law School at Chapel Hill, N.C. For the last 18 years, he has been a powerful advocate for people suffering from traumatic injury.

Allen Smith understands the complexities of cases which result in catastrophic injuries such as traumatic brain injury, paralysis, significant orthopedic injuries, and quadriplegia. He concentrates his practice in the area of workers' compensation, representing injured workers in Fayetteville, Sanford and Moore County.
