We have been in operation since 1993 offering multiple services ranging from single family and multi-family leasing and management, administration of property owners associations and physical maintenance of all properties.
The role of your property manager is to protect and care for your property day in and day out with the highest level of professionalism, expertise, and knowledge. This commitment sometimes requires 24 hour, seven days a week attention to the details involved in order to satisfy the landlord and tenants' objectives. Helga Ochoa, Broker-In-Charge
Helga was born and educated in Germany. She has been fortunate to travel extensively around the world and has met interesting people from various cultures which benefits her tremendously in her work. Helga has been associated with Weaver Companies since 1987 working in administration, commercial and residential real estate. With her background in business and her knowledge of real estate, Helga’s outstanding management skills are essential to our success. When she takes time away from her busy schedule, you can usually find her at her favorite “get away” spot, the beach at Emerald Isle.
Mary Miller, Financial Administrator
Mary joined Weaver Residential Services in September 2007 as the Administrative Assistant. In November 2008, she became the Financial Administrator, responsible for accounting as well as corresponding with owners and tenants on matters concerning monthly income and expense statements. Mary was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina and has three children and one grandson. Some of her favorite hobbies are reading, cross-stitching, and spending free time with her grandson.
